RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

XIVI offers returns or exchanges within 30 days. This requires all tags be present with clothing items in regular condition.

To return or exchange items please email click the 'Contact Us' below or stop by one of our locations. 

If you plan to exchange an item. We will ship out a new item(s) as soon as we receive and inspect the item(s) returned to assure you will receive your new product as quickly as possible.

When using a discount code, you will only be reimbursed the amount you originally paid on the item(s).

If a product is damaged, follow the steps above and there will be a prompt for damaged items. We apologize for the inconvenience and will ship out a new item as soon as we receive a shipping notification (indicating the shipment was sent out) to assure you will receive your item as quickly as possible.
