XII. LIABILITY OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be held liable of any failure to perform under a contract that is caused by an event outside of our control. 

These events include but are not limited to the following:

Events beyond our control, lock-outs, actions by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, threat of any kind, war (declared or not), fire, explosion, storm, flood, shipping, aircraft, transportation, and other events not listed here.
