V. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

XIVI offers returns or exchanges within 30 days. This requires all tags in the box with the items.

You can request a free shipping label by clicking the 'Contact Us' below to email us. Let us know your order number and if you would like to return or exchange any product(s). 

If you plan to exchange an item. We will ship out a new item as soon as we receive your returning item(s) to ensure the product(s) have not been damaged. 

When using a discount code, you will only be reimbursed the amount you originally paid on the item(s). 

If returning a damaged or worn item, we have the right to deny your return.
