VI. HANDLING GOODS AND CONDITION OF RETURNED OR EXCHANGED GOODS

Please take reasonable care when opening packaging.

All goods should be inspected and tried on with the care of the product in mind. 

Items should be returned unused and in reasonable condition, with all tags and care labels in the returned box. If the product is damaged, it may or may not be accepted. If the product is not accepted then it will be sent back to you without a refund.

For hygiene purposes we will not accept returns/exchanges for underwear.
